TERMS OF SALE                                                                                                                                                                                                             I.GUARANTEE: All the items listed in our catalogue are exclusively handmade produced by our own laboratories. Items believed by the customer to be either defective or not conforming with the order given could be returned to P&P for a verification check through our preliminary consent. Goods should anyhow be returned carriage free, and will substituted and the transport charges will be refund once the items are acknowledged as defective.              II. COMPLAINTS: Complaints will be considered as such solely if forwarded via registered letter within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. We kindly ask our Customers to inspect the integrity of the goods on receipt.                                                                                                                                       III. FORWARDING: The goods travel for account and risk of buyers. All goods are sold factory free; the packaging affects the sale price by approx. 5%-8%. All forwarding of goods from P&P is intended to be Ex-works.                                                                                                                            IV. CONTESTS: The law-courts of Florence are competent on any controversy.

The originality of the product lies in its hand-working technique, therefore one object might result slightly different to another in shape and colour.
